here's some cool stuff I've worked on recently:

curve's next-generation payment cards: in 2020, i worked on getting curve's limited edition investor cards out to their crowdfunding investors. they're the first cards in europe to not have any numbers printed on them. turns out, removing the numbers changes how customers interact with their cards a lot, it took a fair amount of jerry-rigging and process development to get them working. read more here.
tesco's "voice of the till" competition: in 2021/2022, i worked on the early stages of tesco's big launch on tiktok. the plan was to let customers audition to be the voice of tesco's self-service checkouts. initially planned for another platform, i suggested we save this one for tiktok. i scoped out minimum requirements with the checkouts teams, and got the original voiceover artist of the tills to be in the video. it launched a few months after i left, but it went crazy viral. read more here.
